This project consisted of converting the former Georgetowne Inn on Mt. Washington. We completely gutted the entire building to the exterior walls including the memorable "stalactite" plaster features. Reinforcing of the existing steel was discovered to be needed once the demolition was completed and the steel exposed. The roof was raised six feet and the new structure was designed and built to support a future roof top bar. The exterior façade was replaced with zinc panels.
The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were all new as was the kitchen with a new dumbwaiter.
