Sherwood Oaks - UPMC

This was a renovation of the personal care dining room, kitchen, and staff laundry. The project was interrupted by the pandemic and construction was halted at 90% completion. Six months later we went back in and finished. The work included new food service equipment including a dish washer, new laundry equipment, modifications to the sprinklers, mechanical, electrical and, plumbing systems. The work was completed in an occupied elderly facility and the dining room needed to be utilized throughout the project, so we phased the work so as not to disrupt their residents.
